(SBRA), that began operating on 4 January 2005,
running currently 3 major state registers -
Business Entities Register (including Companies,
Entrepreneurs, Branch offices of Foreign legal
entities, Annual financial reports) Financial
Leasing Register and Movable Assets Pledge
Register., all in the form of single centralized
public electronic database.SBRA implements the
reform of the business registration system in
Serbia, projected to bring the state
administration management closer to the standards
of the European Union, and to be important part
of E-government initiative, based on Serbian and
EU strategic documents.Project Objective The
elimination of paper archives from daily use of
the Agencys registers. As a part of the second
phase of the reform, to complete the job of
archiving all existing documents, both generated
in the SBRA and taken over from the commercial
courts. In addition, improving quality of SBRA
services and internal business processes, freeing
considerable space.Results and activities
Simultaneous scanning and microfilming of all
existing documents (from all SBRA registers) and
proper storage and archiving Improved
productivity and reduced costs, based on
re-designed business processes Public
availability of electronic versions of all
documents Possible dislocation of the great part

the second phase of the reform, the enactment of
the provisions of the Law on Business
Registration related to the electronic
registration of companies and entrepreneurs. In
addition to the full implementation of the
Electronic signatures, it is needed to improve
SBRA relations with clients who need to file
multiple registration applications for several
business entities. It will contribute to
reforming Serbian state administration and
developing a stimulating business environment for
foreign investors and the SME sector.Results and
activities Modernized procedure of simultaneous
filing of multiple registration applications in
the SBRAs Business Entities Register, as a
complete service (client and server software,
installation and support). Pilot project and BPR
included.Beneficiaries of this service will be
SBRAs clients who need register several business
entities at the same time, such as law offices,
bookkeeping agencies, administrative service
agencies, and similar.Significant upgrading of
the quality of SBRAs services in the field of
