  • Project A-31, Impact of 511 Deployment on Transit
    Call Center Operations
  • Determine the factors which can be used to
    predict the impact on transit call center
    operation by deploying 511. Provide a tool for
    prospective 511 implementers to assess the impact
    on their ongoing operations considering such
    factors as the level of automation and nature of
    services to be deployed.
  • TRB will be forming a project panel to oversee
    the effort.
