  • Biggest process error was related to how you used
decision criteria to make a decision about which
    alternative to choose.
  • Biggest analysis error was to broadly identify
the primary problem as corporate structure. Once
you related the problem to the org chart, you
lost the ability to apply BU288 course concepts
    and theories.
  • Other process sections that were not well done
were Risk Assessment of your recommended solution
    and Contingencies.
  • One or two groups appeared to not have used the
guideline at the back of the course syllabus for
writing the case and distributing your write-up
    according to the suggested marks.

8
2nd Chance
  • Those who scored low on the case may wish to give
    it another go.
  • Conditions
  • Maximum 5 pages
  • Address my comments
  • Maximum additional marks 15
  • Due no later than midnight, Dec 7 by e-mail.
    Absolutely no exceptions or extensions

Pre-Final Exam Marks
  • Based on your scores on the first two mid-terms
and the Group Case Assignment, I have calculated
your mark going into the final exam.
  • These marks are shown on the sheet with your
    mid-term and group case marks
  • I have also shown the weighting of your final
exam if you missed one or both of the mid-terms.
  • If you would like to discuss any of this
information, please see me after class.
