What do we want SP to deliver?

independence and quality of life. Improve life
chances by improving choice and the range of
accommodation options. Use preventative measures
to avoid institutional care.

Independence with Support To ensure
independence, community care and quality of
life. Promote choice in terms of accommodation
options and support delivery of decent
homes. Prevent the use of crisis services and
premature institutionalisation/ hospitalisation.
Socially Excluded To prevent and reduce social
exclusion. To reduce and prevent re-offending,
homelessness, rough sleeping and domestic
violence. Tackle drug abuse, provide supported
accommodation to teenage parents and integrate
refugees.
