• Three Grades
• A Grade - after 1st January 1994
• B Grade - On or after 1st January 1996
• C Grade - On or after 1st January 1997

General Rules

• Each student may enter a total of THREE
  individual events. (Two track/one field OR one
  track/two field). Each student must participate
  in at least one track event.
• Each student earns 1 house point for
  participating in each event.
• Students should arrive in school at 830 a.m. for
  roll call as usual. They must wear their House
  shirt with P.E. shorts or track pants and should
  be prepared with plenty of water.
• Track event competitors must report to the
  Marshalling area. Field event competitors should
  report directly to the competition area.

General Rules
Mr Lam will be in charge of marshalling area.

• Competitors who fail to report to the respective
  judges within 5 minutes of the FINAL CALL will be
  disqualified from the event.
• Competitors taking part in a FIELD event who need
  to leave in the middle of that event to take part
  in a TRACK event, must get a permission from the
  field event judge before the start of
  competition. The competitors must still ask
  permission from the field event judge before
  leaving the field event to report to the MARSHAL
  from the track event.

• The first SIX in Field events and six finalists
  in TRACK events will receive additional points
  based on their performance.

• 100m , 200m , 400m , 800m

• Field Events
• Shot Put , Discus , High Jump
• Long Jump

Qualifying Rounds of Field Events

• Qualifying rounds will be held on 23th, 24th
  25th September

Sports Day Enrolment

• For any changes of your choices, you must see
  either Mr. Tong or Miss Li by next Monday.
• The parent consent letters will be sent to all
  of you afterwards.
• Students, who will not join this event, need to
  prepare both doctor and parent letters for asking
  the exemption.

4 X 100m Fun Relay

• 4 legs of each house including sports coach,
  house teacher, parent student.
• Please encourage your parent to join and you can
  gain 5 house points for this participation.

Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games

• Hong Kong's successful bid for the hosting right
  of the 2009 EAG is not only a great event of the
  Hong Kong sports community but also a great event
  of Hong Kong people.
• Our slogan "Be the Legend

Asian Games 2009

• Last event of Sports Day
• On the Sports Day, East Asian Games Torch will be
  held by our Athletics Coach, Mr Leung Tat Wai,
  who is the HK 800m racing record keeper. Mr Leung
  will join this East Asia Games of this event. He
  will lead our coaches, followed by our house
  teachers (Fun Relay) and athletes to run for a
  lap.

  don't you come join and play 
• although you are A grade or C grade 
• You must attend on that day because everyone had
  ???. 
• Don't just sit and join and stay, why don't you
  come join and play. 
• This is my style, my long jump is marvelous, 
• so why don't you come and get your medal, 
• come and battle for your goal, everyone will have
  a go, 
• Gandhi Sukkyi, Austen, Lao Zi, Newton and
  Copland, 
• Who will be the champion, champion is not easy to
  do so, 
• so training must be practical. 
• You will be successful, if you take your role, 
• although your marks is very low, just enjoy the
  show and take your role, enjoy the show and take
