  • System wide initiative
  • UC Negotiated discounts on airlines, hotels,
    and car rentals

  • UCSFs Preferred method for making travel
    arrangements
  • Ability to track travel spend with each
    supplier

Access to Connexxus
Who is eligible?
  • Open to all active Campus and Medical Center
    employees and affiliates
  • Must possess a UCSF Employee ID number (i.e.
    021234567)
  • MSP1 and above have automatic access
  • Pre-identified group automatically granted
    access based on prior business travel history

How To Request Access
  • Send email to connexxus_at_ucsf.edu
  • Provide Name and UCSF ID Number
  • Activate MyAccess Account
  • If not activated, receive email with
    instructions to activate account
  • Allow 24 hours

Benefits
  • 24 hour grace period to void non-refundable
    tickets through Connexxus
  • Connexxus is capable of managing unused
    non-refundable tickets and post unused ticket
    information in the traveler profile to consider
    being applied for future travel needs
  • Complimentary room upgrades when available
    with Connexxus preferred hotels
  • Late check-out (4pm) at Starwood Hotels for
    Connexxus users
  • Free car class upgrade when available for
    Connexxus preferred car renters
