CALCULATION TABLES FORTB DRUGS, CHEMICALS AND
CONSUMABLESOnce identified the number of TB
patients, including those forecasted in case of
DOTS expansion, inserting the desired figure, the
exact quantity of needed consumables, chemicals
and TB drugs will be automatically obtained.
DELIVERY NOTE In order to avoid
misunderstanding and to formalize a shipment, the
supplier will always prepare two DELIVEY
NOTES.Both documents will be signed by the
supplier and by the recipient after he/she has
counted and checked the conditions of the
received items.The recipient will return a
signed copy, with his/her remarks, to the
supplier for his/her record. REPORT ON STOCK
BALANCES AND ITEM CARDS It gives an updated
situation of the stock balances, expiring dates
and the IN/OUT history for each item (date,
quantity and location from/to where items have
been received or sent).
