Mission Statement
Bart Kempff has worked in the logistics industry
for the past ten years specializing in medical
device delivery and fuel transportation. Bart
Kempff has increased productivity and lowered
costs for all of his clients. Most recently, he
is working in a 3PL capacity for a medical device
manufacturer, and has been able to seamlessly
incorporate the client's software with the 3PL
logistics application for ease of tracking and
delivery confirmation. Additionally, he has
streamlined the JIT process and improved recovery
of delinquent and un-used inventory in the
field. Additionally, Bart Kempff has drafted and
negotiated independent contractor agreements, and
created and maintained all of his client's OSHA,
Hazmat and DOT compliance logs where applicable.
Bart Kempff has also interviewed, hired and
completed extensive background checks for
drivers, including OTR and LTL drivers.

2018 -Present Manage a fleet of 30
drivers/technicians and 2 Hub Managers for the
delivery and recovery of orthopedic implants and
surgical trays throughout the Midwest. LOGISTICS
MANAGER NYGO FUELS 2012-2017 Managed fuel
distribution hub for the delivery of Ultra Low
Sulfur Diesel to various distribution points
throughout the New York Metro area.

HIGHLIGHTS Software Assimilation. Merged the
client software and logistics platform together
to increase both efficiency and
cost-savings. Streamlined Delivery Process
Revamped the companys logistical process in
order to streamline the delivery and recovery of
products at the hospitals. Creation of a master
database that imports details of each location to
the drivers phone through the tracking and
delivery app.

Supply Agreements Negotiated new supply
agreements with refineries which created
considerable cost savings to the
company. Staffing Hired and trained over 20
separate drivers. Certified that all HAZMAT
requirements were met and worked with drivers on
certifications and continuing education. Software
Implemented new tracking software for the company
which increased logistical efficiency and lowered
OTR costs.
