  Curriculum Standing Committee and School
  Committee

What will be some of the resources and support
available?

• Increased level of support for all students by
  special education staff
• Increased level of support for students reading
  below grade level by reading specialist
• Increased level of support for students who
  exceed the standards by enrichment staff
  (expanding curriculum)
• Increase level of support for teachers through
  common planning time
• (professional development, share resources, etc)

What will be some of the resources and support
available?

• Early intervention and early identification of
  students performing below grade level in primary
  grades (KINDERGARTEN)
• Pro-active approach to Special Education referral
  process to provide support to all students
• ASK team is set up to do interventions, data
  collection, data analysis and progress monitoring
