SettingA maze with labyrinth of corridors and
chambers, some containing delicious cheese. But
there were also dark corners and blind alleys
leading nowhere. An easy place for anybody to get
lost.
3
Hem- A little person who lives in fear and denial
expecting the change to lead to something worse.
4
Haw- A little person who adapts in time when he
comes to realization that change can lead to
something better.
5
Sniff- A mouse who notices change while it is
occurring rather than noticing it after.
6
Scurry- A mouse who quickly runs into action
when the change has taken place.
7
Plot
  • Once long ago in a land far a way, there lived
four characters (Sniff, Scurry, Hem And Haw) who
ran through a maze looking for Cheese to nourish
    them and make them happy.

8
Each day both the mice and the Little people
spent time in the maze looking for their own
special kind of Cheese. The mice, Sniff and
scurry, possessing simple brains and good
instincts, searched for the nibbling Cheese they
liked.
9
The two little people, Hem and Haw, used their
complex brains, filled with many beliefs and
emotions, to search for a very different kind of
Cheese- with a capital C- which they believed
would make them feel happy and successful.
10
They each found their own kind of Cheese one day
at the end of one of the corridors in Cheese
Station C.
11
After awhile, Hem and Haw awoke each day a little
later, dressed a little slower, and walked to
Cheese Station C. They had no idea where the
Cheese came from, or who put it there. They just
assumed it would be there. They eventually moved
closer to it, and built a social life around it.
12
Haw still hadnt found any cheese yet, but as he
ran through the Maze, he thought about what he
had already learned.
13
Haw wrote on a wall
14
They woke up one morning and there was no cheese!
15
Sniff and scurry weren't surprised, since they
had noticed the supply of Cheese getting smaller.
The mice did not over analyze things. To the mice
it was simple. They quickly went off in search
for new Cheese
16
However, Hem and Haw had not been paying
attention to the small changes. They were
unprepared for their findings. Since Cheese was
important to both of them, the two spent a long
time trying to decide what to do.
17
Before continuing their journey back home Haw
wrote The More Important Your Cheese Is To You
The More You Want To Hold On To It.
18
Haw was realizing it was time to move on. Hem
still didn't want to leave Cheese Station C. He
was still in denial.
19
Sniff and Scurry found Cheese at Cheese Station N.
20
Haw finally got up and started his journey alone
looking for new Cheese, Hem stayed behind too
afraid of what may happen.Haw wrote a serious
thought on the wall for Hem to think about If
You Do Not Change You Can Become Extinct.
21
Haw became more anxious and wonder if he really
wanted to go out into the maze. Then he wrote on
the wall
22
After he began to search he began to wondered if
he stayed too long in Cheese Station C.
23
His next message on the wall was Smell The
Cheese Often So You Know When It Is Getting Old.
24
Haw began to wonder about his friend Hem and if
he moved on. He wrote a reminder to himself as
much it was to Hem it read Movement In A New
Direction Helps You Find New Cheese.
25
Before long he found himself writing another
messageWhen you Stop Being Afraid, You Feel
Good!
26
He finally realized the obviousand
wroteImagining Yourself Enjoying Your New
Cheese Leads You To It.
27
Haw just kept writing thoughts and ideas he had
in mind on the wall.
28
The Quicker You Let GoOf Old Cheese,The Sooner
You Find New Cheese.
29
After a while he headed back to Cheese Station C
and found Hem. Haw offered Hem bits of new cheese
but was turned down. Hem told Haw it wasnt what
he was use to, that he wanted his own cheese back
and he wasnt going to change until he got it
back.
30
Old Beliefs Do Not Lead You To New
Cheese.
31
It Is Safer To search In The Maze Than
Remain In A Cheeseless Situation.
32
When You See That You Can Find And Enjoy New
Cheese, You Change Course.
33
Noticing Small Changes Early Helps You
Adapt The Bigger Changes That Are To Come.
34
Haw finally reached Cheese Station N. There he
found Sniff and Scurry. Haw finally changed, he
knew he learned from Sniff and Scurry.
35
Haw wrote a summary of his learning's and they
read
36

areas to stay in touch with what was happening.
