  • inadequate sleep severely limits the ability to
    think and learn
  • not enough sleep is one of the main causes of
    traffic and work place accidents

    people who are sleep deprived get more colds and
    flu than those that are not
  • 8 10 hours is the typical amount recommended
    for adolescents
