Open the PDB file

• Two options
• Open a PDB in your computer
• Fetch from the internet

Viewing controls

• Manipulate the view with the mouse
• Dragging with the left button zooms in and out.
• Dragging with the right button rotates the
  molecule.
• Dragging with the middle button moves the
  molecule.
• Change visualizations
• First select something Select-gt Chain-gt A
• Then color it Actions-gt Color-gt yellow
• Then show in ribbons
• Actions-gtRibbons-gt show
• Actions-gt Atoms/Bonds-gt hide
• Select-gt clear selection
• Select a specific atom
• Click the CTRL button left mouse
• Or
• Favorites-gt command line
• Type an atom specification, see syntax in the

View more than one PDB

• Favorites -gt model panel
• Load another PDB file and play with the active
  and shown buttons.
