  • An examination of the Spread of violence utilised
    by both global powers for their own gain
    throughout the cold war

Cold War Hot Zones
  • The goals of the United States of America and the
    Union of Soviet Socialist Republics were to use
    the conflicts of other nations to divert
    attention from each other, but also fight a war
    of ideologies. In hindsight, they accomplished
    these goals, for they never came into conflict
    with each other. Thus, the conflicts were a mixed
    blessing.
