• Fur (West) These people are mix of Arab and
  Black
• These are separated based on the color of skin
• Light skin Arab
• Dark skin Black
• The lighter your skin, the more important you are
  in Sudans government.

• The government of Sudan is Arab, Muslim.

• There is oil in Southern Sudan.
• The only way to get the oil to the rest of the
  world is by a port in the North.

  from oil.
• People in the South were still poor.
• People in Darfur werent included at all.
• This lead to civil war between the North and
  South. The Darfur was not included in the war.

• However, the Darfur region was still excluded
  from the profits.
• The Darfur was mad, so they declared war on the
  government in Northern Sudan.

  their oil for help

  provided the Sudanese government with weapons to
  fight off the rebels.

  would enter villages
• Bomb the village using Chinese bombers
• Shoot up the village using the Chinese
  helicopters.
• Have armed horsemen shoot the rest of the people
  who werent killed in the bombing or helicopter
  shooting.
• Have armed horsemen dig up food supplies and burn
  them so that they wont grow back.
• Ruin village wells by having armed horsemen throw
  dead bodies down the well.
