• Pervasive pattern of negativistic attitudes and
  passive resistance to demands for adequate
  performance
• Not accounted for by MDD or Dysthymic
• Occurs most frequently in work situations
• Resist demands by procrastination, forgetfulness,
  stubbornness and intentional inefficiency
• Blame failures on behaviors of others
