object of a verb is the same person as the
subject, and to emphasize who or what is referred
    to

  • Students find the task interesting. Although they

writing, they do not have experiences to conduct
the writing collaboratively online. They can also
find out that there are different ways to publish
    their products.
  • The task attains social purpose, writers would
have real interaction with their audience.
  • The task enables pupils to develop a sense of
belonging, as they will get back a printed copy
    of the storybook.

10
Reflection
  • Difficulties in the planning and implementing the
    task
  • For the story maker, the animations can only be
seen before publish, once it is published, the
pictures cant move, but it can still be printed
    as a storybook.
  • As the characters, other pictures, movements and
animations are confined by the website, sometimes
its quite difficult to match pupils own story.
On their other hand, it also enables pupils to
use their creativity to fit their story into the
    story maker.

11
Reflection
  • Tips/ Advise for Teachers
  • There are a lot of tools / websites helping
pupils to write better and increase pupils
motivation in writing. Teachers can explore and
create more interesting tasks for your pupils.
