Supplementary Figure 1. CTCs in patients at late
disease stages marked by Ad5/35E1aPSESE4. Five
milliliters of blood from healthy volunteers and
prostate cancer patients was drawn, and PBMCs
were isolated as described above. PBMCs were
infected with 0.01 MOI of Ad5/35E1aPSESE4. At 48
h post-infection, cells were observed under a
fluorescence microscope.
