• Founded in 1992 by the governments of the EU,
  Japan, the USA and Russia operations began in
  1994 in Moscow
• Norway, S. Korea and Canada joined as Funding
  Parties
• Headquarters in Moscow with Branch Offices in
  Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakstan, Kirgyzstan
  and Tajikistan
• In 2003, ISTC underwent a strategic review and
  major reorganization

  Russia/CIS, and gt USD 600 Mill. in funding over
  10 years of operation through 2000 projects
