FUNDING
The Greening of North Carolina Network
  • Initial funding has been through US Government
programs like Climate Wise which was a industrial
pilot program. Climate Wise has been upgraded to
    a sector of Energy Star.
  • US Government and NC Government have both been
re-organized and funding methods and amounts
    drastically changed.
  • The Energy Star and ICLEI, CCP programs are
    on-going.
  • A funding base of many stakeholders is required
to assure continued services of this Greening of
    North Carolina Network Program.
  • Each Allied Partner will be invited to assist in
this support along with the companies that
    services are provided to.
  • The extent that the program reaches every county
in N.C. depends on the level of support. Our
    objective is state-wide.
