Presentation de la chambre de commerce et
d'industrie d'Antananarivo La Chambre de
Commerce et dIndustrie dAntananarivo, CCI
Antananarivo, est un établissement public a
caractère professionnel. Elle est placée sous
tutelle technique du Ministère chargé du Commerce
et sous la tutelle financière du Ministère chargé
des Finances et du Budget et est dotée de la
personnalité morale, jouissant de lautonomie
administrative et financière. Sa gestion, de type
privé, est soumise aux règles de la comptabilité
commerciale. Ses principales missions consistent
à aider ses ressortissants à situer et à
développer leurs activités dans le cadre des
objectifs économiques et sociaux de la Nation et
de représenter les intérêts professionnels de ces
ressortissants.

PASSERELLE INTERNATIONALE UNIQUE Goticom s'y
oppose catégoriquement - Ranaivo Lala Honoré Le
projet de mise en œuvre par l'Etat de la
passerelle internationale unique (PIU) pour les
télécommunications internationales est carrément
contesté par les professionnels du secteur. Le
projet PIU consiste à obliger les opérateurs
téléphoniques actuels (Telma, Airtel, Orange et
le cas échéant Madamobil) à faire passer leurs
appels téléphoniques internationaux par un canal
sous contrôle d'une société privée, choisie
directement par l'Etat et domiciliée dans un
paradis fiscal. La genèse du projet PIU et son
approche se sont faites exclusivement par les
perspectives de gain ponctuelles, sans
considération aucune pour l'économie du secteur
et sa réglementation (violation du code des
marchés publics et de la confidentialité des
communications).

l'outsourcing à Madagascar Webhelp choisit
Madagascar pour développer ses activités
d'outsourcing pour des clients en France.
Premier paramètre de cette décision l'écart
des coûts entre la Grande Île et le Maroc, à
l'Algérie et la Roumanie où l'entreprise opère
déjà.

Internationale de Madagascar à Antananarivo, nous
avons co-animé une conférence sur le
Développement du Commerce Electronique à
Madagascar. En partenariat avec ARTIC, GOTICOM,
HABAKA. Un axe de développement économique pour
un territoire de plus de 22 millions d'habitants.

SALON IT-B 2012 Carton Antananarivo 19 to 21
September 2012 Despite the ongoing political
crisis in Madagascar, the Association of
Operators in Information Technology and
Communication (Goticom), Event, the Centre for
Enterprise Development and Communication Synergy
took up the challenge to run the new lounge
IT-Special Brand New Technologies. The event
allows Malagasy firms to discover the latest
innovative products and services as an asset with
the presence of a delegation from Reunion and
Mauritius. Several conferences enlightened us
among them a session about the regulatory
framework for electronic commerce. Our country
has many resources and many opportunities for
growth in this sector of new technologies and
become like our specialist sister islands in call
centers or outsourcing IT services. These are
the new strategic and economic issues to get out
