  • Do I need a Mass RN license?
  • Only if you plan to do clinical in Mass.
  • Do I need to be admitted to take the pre reqs?
  • No but priority registration is granted to those
    admitted to the program
  • The prerequisites can be taken by any RN enrolled
    in a MS program.
  • Can I do clinical in my home state?
  • Yes, but an agreement must be in place with our
    school and the agency
  • This may take up to six to eight weeks, so do not
    delay
  • You will then send us the clinical sites
    information on the web form we will provide you
  • The MD, NP, or PA preceptor must be appropriate
    to your role and area of concentration
  • You will need 600 hours of clinical if you are in
    the 21 credit program
  • and 300 if you are in the 12 credit program
  • You need clinical clearance to start clinical
