Benefits of new scheme
  • The new pathway allows easier access onto the CI2
    course.
  • To become a 4 Leader you now do 7 courses
    instead of 8 or 9.
  • The new scheme allows a participant to
predominantly stay within a chosen discipline.
  • The pathway past (CI1) negates the need to obtain
    a second 3 award.
  • Logistically its easier for both the individual
    and JSMTC.
  • Possibly a better CI2!
