7Maxwell Place Engineered Cap
- The current cap is represented in the Figure
below - The cap or engineered controls has always been
a semi-permeable layer and is not a vapor
barrier. - There is no active vapor management system only
engineered controlled fill and semi-permeable
materials over the site. (e.g. concrete, asphalt
and pavers).

- Baseline
- LSRP will perform baseline data collection, along
11th Street, for dust and VOC before any
intrusive activities begins. - Monitoring
- The site will be monitored during excavation at
the site until a time that it is no longer
necessary. - Based on the review of the chemicals listed in
the Deed Notice the LSRP has established Trigger
Levels for proposed intrusive activities where a
notification would be provided to the Authority
which is well below a contaminant - LSRP Plan
- Project Specific LSRP Plan will be available
prior to construction activities.

- The Cooling Condensers Only Operate to Cool the
Controls When the Pumps Run - The Condensers Have a Sound Rating of 46 55 dB
at the units, similar to a Refrigerator at 50 dB.
