Maxwell Place Engineered Cap
  • The current cap is represented in the Figure
    below
  • The cap or engineered controls has always been
    a semi-permeable layer and is not a vapor
    barrier.
  • There is no active vapor management system only
    engineered controlled fill and semi-permeable
    materials over the site. (e.g. concrete, asphalt
    and pavers).

Construction LSRP Plan During Construction
  • Baseline
  • LSRP will perform baseline data collection, along
    11th Street, for dust and VOC before any
    intrusive activities begins.
  • Monitoring
  • The site will be monitored during excavation at
    the site until a time that it is no longer
    necessary.
  • Based on the review of the chemicals listed in
    the Deed Notice the LSRP has established Trigger
    Levels for proposed intrusive activities where a
    notification would be provided to the Authority
    which is well below a contaminant
  • LSRP Plan
  • Project Specific LSRP Plan will be available
    prior to construction activities.
