4th Class Training Becoming a Cadet
  • Purpose The Fourth Class System represents the
    foundation of The Citadels signature four year
    leadership development program. It creates the
    discipline and instills the core values of Honor,
    Duty, and Respect which is expected of principled
    leaders in all walks of life.
