Amphibians
  • Amphibians live in moist areas
  • They have moist smooth skin
  • They can be poisonous but not from a bite it
    comes from their skin.
  • Live in or on both land and water.

  • The Galapagos Tortoise is the biggest Tortoise in
    the world (And the picture in the background.) It
    is an endangered species
  • They have rough dry skin and plates called scales.
  • The Komodo Dragon is the biggest reptile.

Both
  • Cold blooded.
  • Lay eggs.
  • Have been around for centuries.
  • The study of Reptiles and Amphibians is called
    Herpetology.

Crocodilians
  • Crocodilians are a separate species of reptile,
    they include crocodiles, alligators, caimans,
    and more.
  • Caimans are like a mix between alligator and a
    crocodile but smaller.
  • Crocodilians live on land and in water.
