Conclusion On the meeting were present 16 participants. Before meeting, all participants, mentors, cooordinator and others visited company "Mlekara"Sc. The main coordinator A. Nikolic had a brief on the theme "Motivation", and duration of discussion party was four hours. All participants consider the meeting was successful. All participants participated in discussion. For their needs, coordinator i mentors will find a questionnaire about motivatin employees. All patricipants in their company will try to fortify the level of motivation.

Experts of theme were Ivan Vojnic Tunic with presentation Problems solution for outstanding accounts payment and Ivana Šikanja financial director with her experiences in business. After this presentation, SMEs representatives were participated in discussion, which were very interesting and quality. Overall conclusion more detailed check of buyers, control quality and condition of futures partners, more attention about bills of sale, to have guarantee for payment.

During discussions, representatives of SMEs spoke about their problems and positives cases. For all participants very important question level of stores. As effective process in each company - education of business administrators, motivation of workmen in the sale, establishing spirit, organization of tastings in sellings centre. In time before us, we must to consider about e-market. Overall conclussion there are problems about level of sale and satisfaction of sale, but decision to us fortunately. On the meeting was 17 representatives of SMEs.

Conclusion The fifth session was held in the enterprice which called BANE Ltd. The session was attended by the representatives of 18 enterprises. This topic was presented by Bagi Janoš, BSC, who is specialist for questions of software. After presentation, mentors active participated and they led discussions betwen all participants. Overall conclusionInternet, software, skype and others things, connected computers are very important for business. Job can not be led without computers and software. For all companies is very important knowledge about ones own business. If we knew ones own job we can ask a claim of software. During discussion all partitipants spoke about theirs experinces and need for quickly information. Overall opinion This session was a very succsessful meeting.

Conclusion Final session from first round of six meetings we held in very beautiful place called Vinski dvor (Wines castle). Topic of the sixth theme was Increase bussines efficacy. This theme presents a crown on earlier themes and our activities. Ivan Vojnic Tunic was expert, because this theme is his speciality from economy. On the session presented 17 representatives of SMEs and everybody participated in discussions. During of meeting very important were experiences, because efficacy of business is essencial of each job. Especilly interest everyone of participants had from sphere information about tradicional and modern principle of presentation about effectivity and efficacy.During the meeting all SMEs noted a regarding of stakeholders.Participants considered need to have aims in business and accept competition.
