Goals

• Map into various existing call priority schemes,
  e.g.
• MLPP (five-level, pre-emption)
• GETS (two-level)
• Same user (identity) can make both normal and
  special calls dont want to login again
• ? DiffServ code point local interpretation
• Very different from Priority header ( human
  processing priority)
