  • Bi-weekly, classified payroll
  • Bi-weekly, student payroll
  • One Monthly payroll to include payment to
    faculty, administrative staff, graduate
    assistants, and salaried student employees

Direct Deposit
  • Direct deposit will be a condition of employment
    effective July 1, 1999 for all new employees.
  • Current employees may still receive a check
    however, direct deposit is strongly encouraged.

The New Time Attendance System
  • Implementation of the new time and attendance
    system has been delayed until Fall, 1999
  • Interim time entry will be done in the Banner,
    utilizing Banner timesheets.
  • Questions regarding the new DDI time and
    attendance system should be referred to Jenice
    Churchman
