Course Description
  • Put on your kilts, pick up your bagpipes, watch
    out for the Loch Ness Monster, and get ready to
    experience the art and culture of Scotland!
  • In the centuries-old city of Edinburgh, we will
    tour the famous castle, the Royal Mile, and the
    buried medieval buildings of Mary Kings Close.
  • Next, we will take a tour of Loch Ness and other
    sites in the Scottish highlands, where the mists
    meet the mountains.
  • After that, we will visit the artistic center of
    Glasgow, with its unique Arts and Crafts Style
    architecture
  • And finally, we will wrap up our travels with a
    visit to the metropolis of London

Brief Itinerary
  • Leave for Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland,
    after Spring semester finals, May 2013
  • Stay in Edinburgh for 4 days visiting all the
    sites of the city
  • Take a train to Glasgow, Scotland for two days
  • Take a train to London for two days
  • Fly out of London to return home
