• Registration of real beneficiaries i.e. Farmers
  and provision to get unique registration numbers.
• Using the unique ID farmers would be able to
  apply for different subsidy schemes provided by
  Agriculture Department.
• Krishi MIS is an innovative step taken by
  Department of Agriculture, Bihar to create a
  centralized platform for delivering schemes and
  services provided by the department to citizens
  and giving access to information and updates for
  all.

  could be added later for enhancing the number of
  SMS recipients.

• Through the Kisan call centers farmers could get
  important advices by the Expert Team of
  Agriculture Science.
• Strengthening skilled personnel to improve
  quality solutions.

• Newspaper- At the beginning of Kharif Season
  awareness can be developed by advertisement for
  different crop.
• Radio- New techniques can be popularized through
