    participates (ca 15 of the employees)

  • ? The direct objective to improve strategy and
    management
  • ? Specific topics such as the development plan or
    CAF
  • CAF self-evaluation model
  • ? Conducted every 2 years
  • ? Participants from different occupations in the
    organisation
  • ? The objective to get ideas for improvements in
    all the relevant areas

implementation
  • The head of PES and the Management Board meets
    the employees of every single unit once a year.
  • ? Ca 3 h meeting in every regional office
  • ? Discussions are bilateral
  • ? Strategic issues also always discussed
  • Internal training programmes
  • ? Common training for all new employees,
    specialised training (counselling techniques and
    coaching) later on
  • ? Overview and discussions on all aspects of the
    organisation and its activities for the new
    employees
  • ? The objective is also to shape the attitudes
    and values of the employees

implementation
  • ? Monthly meetings of managers include a section
    called From manager to manager
  • ? Employees of regional offices visit other
    regional offices (job shadowing)
  • ? Central information days on specific fields

    from outside the organisation
