Mapping methodology

• 1 Data collection
• Household Survey ? to conduct a living standards
  assessment of in selected communities and
  obtain socio-economic data
• Rural Citizen Assembly Survey ? to analyse the
  variation in living standards levels amongst the
  selected communities and within the districts
• 2- Indicators selection to provide an
  assessment of the communities welfare in these
  areas Demographic, Education, Economic, Health,
  Social Protection, Infrastructures and
  Environment
• 3- Thematic map creation to map human
  development in the communities and in the
  districts according to the selected indicator

• Surveys
• Data entered in database
• Definition of indicators covering a number of
  socio-economic categories
• Statistical analysis with specialist software
• Link data to GIS for mapping and analysis
• Output maps
