  • To support worthy humanitarian projects worldwide
    by facilitating the effective and efficient
    distribution of resources to those projects
  • Purpose
  • The HRN exists to serve the entire supply chain,
    from the origin of the resource to
    thedistributor that organization or individual
    who receives the goods and see that they are
    effectively distributed to those in need in the
    field.

  • Resource Provider Organization or individual who
    provides goods and products either on a donation
    or reduced cost basis (GIK)
  • Logistics Provider Organization or individual
    who provides or arranges for the repackaging,
    inspection, repair, transportation, and/or
    storage of goods between acquisition and receipt
    by distributor
  • Supporting Network Formal association of
    organizations or individuals that can help
    connect resources with needs

  • Initial research vetting of organization/individ
    ual references checked, IDs core team review
    approved. END RESULT Approved distributor/custom

  • Specific Project/Shipment Request
  • Formal request for aid detailing desired product
    on HISG form. Grant proposal submitted. END
    RESULT completed GIK Request form.
  • Research Negotiations
  • Product availability, HIST?, cost estimates, time
    frame, funding secured, mission compatibility, go

  • Shipment MOA
  • Agreement detailing who covers aid cost, shipping
