What is Death?
The word death meansSEPARATION
Separation of the inner, or spiritual, part of a
person from their outer, or bodily, part.
Separation of a person from God.
Eph. 21 -- Dead in trespasses and sin.
2 Cor. 58 -- Absent from the body is to
be present with God.
1 Tim 56 -- dead while she liveth
Jam. 226 -- The body is dead without the
spirit.
Rev. 205 -- Partakers of the 2nd death
are eternally separated from God.
