You should get the basic information on what was
lost, damaged, destroyed or what happened.
promptly start your investigation. In conducting
the investigation, strive to answer four basic
questions (1) What was lost, damaged,
destroyed or what happened? (2) When and where
was it lost, damaged, destroyed or when it
happened? (3) Why was it lost, damaged,
destroyed or why it happened? (4) Who was
responsible?
Note In attempting to answer these questions,
you must collect evidence. Begin by interviewing
those individuals who logically are connected to
