Using the Outline Tab
  • The Outline Tab provides an overall view of the
    content
  • Text can be entered directly and treated as
    bulleted items. Use the Enter key to add slides,
    and Tab or Shift-Tab to demote or promote items
  • Can use the Outlining toolbar to create and edit
    content
  • The Summary Slide button can easily create an
    Objectives slide for the presentation

  • Content slide layouts help organize tables,

  • Click a content icon to add a corresponding type
    of media object

Animating Slides
  • The Slide Design Animation Schemes pane

    all slides
  • The AutoPreview check box produces a preview of
    the selected animation effect
