Assumption

• We should understand (should believe) that
  anything is possible. We should believe that the
  Holy Spirit is unpredictable. I believe we will
  be able to execute the plan that is anchored in
  the mission of Sharon Baptist Church, but
  sufficiently visionary to require our dependence
  on God to see it fulfilled.

Introduction

• The Sharon Baptist Church is moving exponentially
  towards 13 years of Ministry with Pastor Sigudla
  telling the story for His glory .
• Great Expectation Church plan will focus on what
  God want us to do this year 2012.

The church takes extreme excitement in these
accomplishments. Much work remains to be
done.Church Accomplishments Highlights for
2011

1. Itireleng was recognized as a fellowship and the
   work started very serious during the week.
2. Salvation of many people during the burial of
   Mrs. Bethane.
3. Marriages of Maserame Saku and Lebo Masilo.
4. Baptismal service during the week.
5. The purchase of a vehicle Avanza
6. The tiling of the entire church.
7. The dooring of the church
8. The fencing of the church.
9. Bonita-park structure was erected.
10. Mothanthanyaneng structure under construction.

1. Building of toilets project a success.
2. The new centre in Warrenton.
3. Closed the year almost debts free from the
   centre.
4. Books audited both church and centre.
5. Salaries fully paid out.
6. Had volunteers
7. Trained Capricorn students.

1. SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF THE CHURCH OBSERVED BY THEIR
   FAITHFULNESS IN GIVING.

   YEAR DEBT-FREE.
4. THE CHURCH WAS ABLE TO RUN WITHOUT A PASTOR.

• ??Ministry is a marathon. Its not how you
  start that matters, but how you end.
• ??Vision is the ability to see opportunities
  within your current circumstances.
• ??To design the right strategy you must ask the
  right questions.

• ??Most healthy, large churches are led by a
  pastor who has been there a long time.
• ??A churchs health is measured by its sending
  capacity, not its seating capacity.
• ??God always uses imperfect people in imperfect
  situations to accomplish His will.

  acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and

• To equip every believer for a significant
  ministry by helping them discover the gifts and
  talents God gave them.

  and living in harmony.
• To continue developing people towards spiritual
  maturity through Bible studies, small groups,
  seminars, retreats, and Bible school for our
  members.

acceptance as fully fledged churches come
Assembly 2012. Have our pastor Motshebe Pulane
Recognized as a Baptist Minister Student. Have
our Pastor Patrick Seshuane Ordained as a Baptist
Pastor. Have more Bible students from this region.

• Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior
  and been baptized, and being in agreement with
  the Baptist Convention, strategy, and structure,
  I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with
  the church family. In doing so, I commit myself
  to God and to the other members to do the

and teachers, to prepare God's people for works
of service, so that the body of Christ may be

also to the interests of others. Your attitude

Summation
We are embarking on an aggressive church reform
initiative to facilitate positive change by
Being a Connected Church. By the aid of the
Holy Spirit, blessings will flow to our senior
citizens, our young adult members, our single
members, our families, our youth members, and to
our community at large. Your availability and
willingness to participate in Gods plan is a
sign of your commitment to God and our church in
todays 21st century.
