1GOD IS GLORIFIED IN OUR CHURCH LIFE WHEN WE LEARN
FROM OUR MISTAKES
2Ezra 12-3
- Thus says Cyrus king of Persia All the kingdoms
of the earth the Lord God of heaven has given me.
And He has commanded me to build Him a house at
Jerusalem which is in Judah. Who is among you of
all His people? May his God be with him, and let
him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah, and
build the house of the Lord God of Israel (He is
God), which is in Jerusalem.
3- Ezra 44 Then the people of the land tried to
discourage the people of Judah. They troubled
them in building, - Ezra 424 Thus the work of the house of God which
is at Jerusalem ceased, and it was discontinued
until the second year of the reign of Darius king
of Persia.

Fruit Of Gods Blessing

much, and bring in little You eat, but do not

with drink You clothe yourselves, but no one is
warm And he who earns wages, Earns wages to put
into a bag with holes.
14Haggai 19-11
- 9 You looked for much, but indeed it came to
little and when you brought it home, I blew it
away. Why? says the Lord of hosts. Because of
My house that is in ruins, while every one of you
runs to his own house. - 10 Therefore the heavens above you withhold the
dew, and the earth withholds its fruit. - 11 For I called for a drought on the land and the

temple in its former glory? And how do you see it
now? In comparison with it, is this not in your
eyes as nothing?
19Ezra 310-11
- When the builders laid the foundation of the
temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their
apparel with trumpets, to praise the Lord,
And they sang responsively, praising and giving
thanks to the Lord For He is good, for His
mercy endures forever toward Israel. Then all
the people shouted with a great shout, when they
praised the Lord, because the foundation of the
house of the Lord was laid.
20Ezra 312-13
- But many of the priests and Levites and heads of
the fathers houses, old men who had seen the
first temple, wept with a loud voice when the
foundation of this temple was laid before their
eyes. Yet many shouted aloud for joy, so that the
people could not discern the noise of the shout
of joy from the noise of the weeping of the
people, for the people shouted with a loud shout,
and the sound was heard afar off.
