- Step 1 - Mission
- The mission is a statement of why you want to
implement the program - Step 2 - Goals
- A goal is a broad statement of what is to be
accomplished within a specific time period - Step 3 - Objective
- An objective is a narrower and more direct action
statement coming out of the goals - Step 4 - Tasks and/or Activities
- The tasks and/or activities are the day-to-day
actions that accomplish the objectives - Step 5 - Determining Measurable Outcomes
- Measure and evaluate everything that you can
quantify
