- IN GENERAL
- For FY 13 through 15, DOT OIG shall submit to
Congress a report on the number of new small
business concerns owned and controlled by
socially and economically disadvantaged
individuals, including those owned by veterans

- THE REPORT SHALL INCLUDE
- List of the top 25 and bottom 25 large and medium
hub airports - Results of an assessment on the reasons why the
top airports have been successful and - Recommendations on methods for other airports to
achieve results similar to those of the top
airports.

of the DBE and ACDBE programs. - Components accessible to DBEs, FAA staff, and
soon airport DBELOs. - Currently includes airport record, goals,
compliance reviews, complaints, document upload
capabilities and unique report generation.

- Next phase - reporting mechanism for the annual
accomplishment reports accessible to airports,
providing a new and improved DOORS. - Future phase - creation of key documents from
templates and create automatic system flags and
alerts.
