  child.

Article 19 of the Constitution of the Russian
Federation

• The state guarantees equality of rights and
  freedoms of man and citizen, regardless of sex,
  race, nationality, language, origin, property and
  official status, place of residence, attitude to
  religion, convictions, membership of public
  associations and other circumstances.

Article 20 of the Convention on the Rights of the
child

• A child temporarily or permanently deprived of
  his family, or isnt allowed to remain in that
  environment, shall be entitled to special
  protection and assistance provided by the state.

Article 35 of the Constitution of the Russian
Federation

• 1. The right of private ownership shall be
  protected by law.2. Everyone has the right to
  have property in his or her ownership, to
  possess, use it both individually and jointly
  with other persons.

Article 41 of the Constitution of the Russian
Federation

• Everyone has the right to health protection and
  medical assistance. Medical assistance in state
  and municipal institutions of health turns out to
  citizens free of charge at the expense of
  corresponding budget, insurance contributions and
  other receipts.

child

1. States parties recognize the right of the child
   to education, andwith a view to
   progressivelyachieving this right on the basis
   ofequal opportunity.

Article 119 of the criminal code of the Russian
Federation

• 1. Threat and causing grave harm to health, if
  there is a danger for this threat.

Article 4 of the Convention on the Rights of the
child

• The state must do everything possible to enforce
  all the rights of the child fixed in the
  Convention.
