loved his wife very much but she died when she
was giving birth to her first child.The emperor
was heart-broken and she decided to build a tomb
for her so that people would always remember her
name.The building work began in 1631 and was
finished 20 years later .More than 20,000 workers
and craftsmen helped to build The Taj Mahal which
is made of white marble.It is surrounded by
beautiful gardens.
