- Recently there have been an alarming number of
dead fish and other marine life found along the
banks of the rivers where you live. People have
been getting sick and are being admitted into the
hospital.
4The Challenge!You have been hired by an agency
to investigate and report some probable causes
affecting the marine life in the area. Some
examples of agencies include
- EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
- Corporations in the area
- Environmental Lawyer
- Concerned Citizen
- Scientist

- The teacher will divide the class into groups of
three. - You will need to choose your role and research
your job description. (Choose a search engine to
begin.)
