• When Patient is Registered for the first time an
  Medical Record (MR) Number is given and File is
  created with MR No.
• Eliminates Duplicate file opening
• Centralized Registration for all facilities like
  OP, IP and Lab
• Search facilities on multiple attributes
• Unique Patient-ID across Hospitals
• Patient Registration for every Instance IP, OP
  and Lab

• In Patient Registration
• Patient approaches Front Office for
  registration as an Inpatient. Registration
  process has to be started.
• Patients are two types, General type and
  Credit type called as organization patients.
• In addition to Medical Record number an
  Inpatient number is also generated which is
  unique for one admission of a patient at a
  particular time.
