MAX1809 The MAX1809 is an integrated product
combining the PWM controller, FETs and the error
amplifier. It is suitable for lower currents (up
to 3A) and therefore has more limited
applications since the design is not scalable.
Input voltages are from 3.3-5.5V. FAN5236 The
FAN5236 from Fairchild Semiconductor is avalable
in a QSOP28 packag. It provides a single chip
solution for both VDDQ and Vtt. Though featured
in PCIM, September 2001, there is no datasheet
available yet on the web.
