TRAINERS OF IN-COMPANY TRAINING Master Trainer
is the person with mastership qualifications
who knows and applies vocational and technical
training techniques and responsible for
in-company training of apprentices, forman and
students of vocational and technical high
schools.   Trainer is the person with
vocational qualifications who is
responsible for the in-company training of the
students, who has studied work pedagogy,
who knows and applies vocational and
technical training methods and techniques
or capable of teaching workshop,
laboratory or vocational courses at
vocational and technical schools or institutions.

OUR TARGETS IN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
  • To reach the standards of European Union and
    developed countries in our vocational and
    technical education system.
  • To strengthen the VET system in Turkey in
    accordance with the socio-economic requirements
    and life-long learning principles.
  • This approach will ensure the establishment of a
    modern, flexible and quality vocational and
    technical education and training system that
    could meet the demands of the market including
    primary, secondary and higher education.

PROJECTS
  • National and International projects play an
    important role in improving the quality of
    vocational and technical education.
  • MONE has been implementing a great number of
    projects with such countries and institutions as
    EU, the World Bank, France, Germany, Italy,
    Japan, Spain, Slovakia and also with some leading
    institutions and organizations in Turkey.

  • The aims of the projects
  • To develop educational programmes for specific
    fields or branches,
  • To train VET teachers both in Turkey and
    abroad,
  • To transfer new technologies to schools,
  • To equip the ateliers and workshops at schools,
  • To provide funding in addition to the general
    budget.
