  • Children 5 to 17 worked with paints, pen and ink,
    mosaics, stain glass, pottery, enameling, copper
    toiling, print making and cartooning at a
    wonderful summer camp at the 4-H Rural Family
    Life Center in Halifax County.

The Middle School Innovators Academy is a
National Winner of the University Economic
Developer Association Award for Talent Development

MIDDLE SCHOOL INNOVATORS ACADEMY
  • The MSIA is guided by the principles that the
    design process is the bridge between the arts and
    the sciences and enables creative and innovative
    activity that draws upon STEAM knowledge and
    skills.

showcasing the journey of their innovation at the
final presentation.
