Title: 16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, "Go, pour out the seven bowls of God's wrath on the earth."

1
161 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple
saying to the seven angels, "Go, pour out the
seven bowls of God's wrath on the earth."
2
162 The first angel went and poured out his
bowl on the land, and ugly and painful sores
broke out on the people who had the mark of the
beast and worshiped his image.
3
163 The second angel poured out his bowl on the
sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead
man, and every living thing in the sea died.
4
164 The third angel poured out his bowl on the
rivers and springs of water, and they became
blood.
5
165 Then I heard the angel in charge of the
waters say "You are just in these judgments,
you who are and who were, the Holy One, because
you have so judged
6
166-7 - for they have shed the blood of your
saints and prophets, and you have given them
blood to drink as they deserve." 7 And I heard
the altar respond "Yes, Lord God Almighty,
true and just are your judgments."
7
168-9 - The fourth angel poured out his bowl on
the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch
people with fire.
8
9 They were seared by the intense heat and they
cursed the name of God, who had control over
these plagues, but they refused to repent and
glorify him.
9
16-10-11 - The fifth angel poured out his bowl
on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was
plunged into darkness.
10
Men gnawed their tongues in agony 11 and cursed
the God of heaven because of their pains and
their sores, but they refused to repent of what
they had done.
11
1612 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the
great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up
to prepare the way for the kings from the East.
12
1613 Then I saw three evil spirits that looked
like frogs they came out of the mouth of the
dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of
the mouth of the false prophet.
13
1614 They are spirits of demons performing
miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of
the whole world, to gather them for the battle on
the great day of God Almighty.
14
1615 "Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is
he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with
him, so that he may not go naked and be
shamefully exposed."
15
1616 Then they gathered the kings together to
the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
16
1617 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into
the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice
from the throne, saying,
"It is done!"
17
1618 Then there came flashes of lightning,
rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe
earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever
occurred since man has been on earth, so
tremendous was the quake.
18
1619 The great city split into three parts, and
the cities of the nations collapsed. God
remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup
filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath.
19
Rev. 1620 - Every island fled away and the
mountains could not be found.
20
1621 From the sky huge hailstones of about a
hundred pounds each fell upon men. And they
cursed God on account of the plague of hail,
because the plague was so terrible.
21
Chapter 17
22
Rev. 171 Then one of the seven angels who had
the seven bowls came
and talked with me, saying
to me, "Come, I will show you the judgment of the
great harlot who sits on many waters,
23
2 "with whom the kings of the earth committed
fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth
were made drunk with the wine of her
fornication."
24
3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the
wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a
scarlet beast which was full of names of
blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
25
4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet,
and adorned with gold and precious stones and
pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of
abominations and the filthiness of her
fornication.
26
5 And on her forehead a name was written
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
27
6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the
saints and with the blood of the martyrs of
Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great
amazement.
28
7 But the angel said to me, "Why did you marvel?
I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of
the beast that carries her, which has the seven
heads and the ten horns.
29
8 "The beast that you saw was, and is not, and
will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to
perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will
marvel, whose names are not written in the Book
of Life from the foundation of the world, when
they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet
is.
30
9 "Here is the mind which has wisdom The seven
heads are seven mountains on which the woman
sits.
31
10 "There are also seven kings. Five have fallen,
one is, and the other has not yet come. And
when he comes, he must continue a short time.
11 "And the beast that was, and is not, is
himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and
is going to perdition.
32
12 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who
have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive
authority for one hour as kings with the beast.
13 "These are of one mind, and they will give
their power and authority to the beast.
33
14 "These will make war with the Lamb, and the
Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords
and King of kings and those who are with Him
are called, chosen, and faithful."
34
15 Then he said to me, "The waters which you saw,
where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes,
nations, and tongues.
35
16 "And the ten horns which you saw on the beast,
these will hate the harlot, make her desolate and
naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
36
17 "For God has put it into their hearts to
fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to
give their kingdom to the beast, until the words
of God are fulfilled.
37
18 "And the woman whom you saw is that great city
which reigns over the kings of the earth."
38
Chapter 18
39
Rev 181 And after these things I saw another
angel come down from Heaven,
having great authority. And the earth was lighted
up from his glory.
40
Rev 182 And he cried
mightily with a strong
voice, saying,
Babylon the great has fallen, has fallen!
41
And it has become the dwelling-place of demons,
42
and a prison of every unclean spirit,
and a cage of every unclean bird which has been
hated,
43
Rev 183a because of the wine of the anger of
her fornication which all the nations have drunk.
44
183b and the kings of the earth have committed
fornication with her. And the merchants of the
earth became rich from the power of her luxury.
45
Rev 184 And I heard another voice from Heaven,
saying, Come out of her, My people, that you may
not be partakers of her sins, and that you may
not receive of her plagues.
46
Rev 185 For her sins joined together, even up
to Heaven, and God
has remembered
her unjust
deeds.
47
Rev 186 Reward her as she has rewarded you, and
double to her double, according to her works. In
the cup which she mixed, mix double to her.
48
Rev 187 As much as she has glorified herself
and has lived in luxury,

For she says in her
heart, I sit as a queen, and I am not a
widow and I do not see mourning at all.
so much torment and sorrow give her.
49
Rev 188 Therefore her plagues will come in one
day, death and mourning and famine. And she will
be consumed with fire, for the Lord God who
judges her is strong.
50
The kings of the Earth
Rev 189 And the kings of the earth who have
committed fornication and lived in luxury with
her will weep for her,
and will wail over her when they see the smoke of
her burning
51
Rev 1810 standing afar off for fear of her
torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city,
Babylon, that strong city! For in one hour your
judgment came.
52
Rev 1811 And the merchants of the earth will
weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their
cargo any more
53
Rev 1812 the cargo of gold, and silver, and
precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen,
and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine
wood, and every ivory vessel, and every vessel of
very precious wood, and of bronze, and of iron,
and of marble,
54
Rev 1813 and cinnamon, and incenses, and
ointment, and frankincense, and wine, and oil,
and fine flour and wheat, and beasts, and sheep,
and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls
of men.
55
Rev 1814 And the fruits of the lust of your
soul have departed from you, and all the fat
things and the bright things departed from you,
and you will find them no more, not at all.
56
Rev 1815 The merchants of these things, who
were made rich by her, will stand afar off
because of the fear of her torment, weeping and
mourning

Rev 1816 and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city
which was clothed in fine linen and purple and
scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious
stones and pearls!
58

desolated. And every ship-pilot, and all the
company on the ships, and sailors, and as many as
work the sea, stood afar off.
59
Rev 1818 And they cried out, seeing the smoke
of her burning, saying, What is like the great
city?
60
Rev 1819 And they threw dust on their heads,
and cried, weeping and mourning, saying, Woe! Woe
to the great city, by which all who had
ships in the sea were rich out of her costliness!
For in one hour she was ruined.
61
Rev 1820 Rejoice over her, Heaven, and the holy
apostles, and the prophets, since God judged your
judgment on her.
62
Rev 1821 And one strong angel took up a stone
like a great millstone and threw it into the sea,
63
saying, So on an impulse the great city, Babylon,
will be thrown down and not at all will be found
any more.
64
Rev 1822a - And the voice of harpers, and of
musicians. and flutists, and of trumpeters will
be heard no more at all in you.

will never more be heard at all in you.

more shine at all in you.

earth for by your sorceries all nations were
deceived.
