LESSONS LEARNT
  • In overall, we managed to gain some insights on
    how IT applications can contribute to the
    animation industry.
  • Besides, we were also able to explore and have a
    better understanding on the business model of the
    first local producer which has successfully being
    recognized internationally.
  • To examine the companys strategy in order to
    sustain in the industry with regard to the
    short-term plan and the long-term plan.
  • Focus on the sources of revenue as well as the
    diversification of the income for the company to
    stay competitive among the competitors within the
    industry.
  • Last but not least, we were also able to
    determine the critical success factors, key
    achievements as well as the key impediments being
    faced by LCPSB.
