Objectives (Artical 2)
  1. Promote cooperation to develop, strengthen and
    enhance the competitiveness of the ICT sector in
    ASEAN
  2. Promote cooperation to reduce the digital divide
    within individual ASEAN Member States and amongst
    ASEAN Member States
  3. Promote cooperation between the public and
    private sectors in realizing e-ASEAN and
  4. Promote the liberalization of trade in ICT

    non-tariff barriers on intra-ASEAN trade in ICT

    based on NT.
